I had the pleasure of interviewing Jose Espinoza, a Phoenix man who immigrated to the U.S. from the Mexican state of Sinaloa when he was eight. Today, Jose’s family is reunited, but he is caught up in an ongoing struggle over immigration–with little end in sight. Jose’s is just one face of millions of immigrants fighting for citizenship and equality across the United States.
